1/2 Tsp pepper, 1tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder & 1 tsp onion powder

40g breadcrumbs ( mixed with a dash of the seasoning used above & paprika- not all of this was used & each patty picked 6 - 8g of breadcrumbs) 

2 toasted seeded aldi brioche buns 

Lettuce


Sauce

50g light or fat free mayonnaise ( callowfit)

2g yellow mustard

1/2 tsp garlic powder
