 How to Make Delicious Bread Ras Malai at Home

Ingredients

• milk 200g

• condensed milk - 3 tbsp

• custard - 1.5 tbsp

• kesar - 5/6 strands 

• Dry fruits for garnish

• bread ( we only need the inner white part, so remove the yellow part from the sides)


Methods :

- Boil the milk in a pan

- Dip the kesar strand in milk for 5- 10min

- add 2tsp cold milk in custard and mix well

- once the milk is boiled then add ingredients kesar, condensed milk, and custard and stir for just 3/4 mins .

- Do not make the mixture very thick.

- once the mixture is made allow ito cool for 5 minutes and then pour it on the bread.

- after assembly set in the refrigerator

or till cold,
