Ingredients:

500g boneless chicken

1 cup yogurt

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp butter

1 onion, chopped

2 tomatoes, chopped

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 cup cream

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish


Methods | तरीका

 

  • Marinate the chicken in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt for at least 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.
  • In another pan, melt butter and add chopped onions. Cook until the onions are translucent.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • Blend the tomato mixture in a blender until smooth.
  • Add the tomato mixture to the pan with the chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
