- 4 Roti
- 1 Cup hot milk
- ½ tsp elaichi powder
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1½ milk powder
- Chasni ( sugar syrup)
- Whipped cream
- Pistachio & silver vark
Recipe :-
Take 4 roti and grind into a powder, add ¾ Cup hot milk, add ½ tsp elaichi powder & let it soak for 10 minutes, now mix well and add 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, 1½ cup milk powder, mix well & make it a dough, roll into oval shaped rolls or round shape ( as you prefer) & deep fry & add into warm chasni for 6-8 hours.
Now make a slit & fresh malai, garnish with pistachio & silver vark.😁🤗
