 Introduction

Roti and gulab jamun are two iconic dishes in Indian cuisine. While roti is a staple flatbread made from wheat flour, gulab jamun is a sweet dessert made from milk solids and soaked in sugar syrup. In this blog, we will explore the unique combination of these two dishes and how they complement each other.

Roti k gulab jamun

Ingredients

  • 4 Roti
  • 1 Cup hot milk
  • ½ tsp elaichi powder
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1½ milk powder
  • Chasni ( sugar syrup)
  • Whipped cream
  • Pistachio & silver vark 



Recipe :-

Take 4 roti and grind into a powder, add ¾ Cup hot milk, add ½ tsp elaichi powder & let it soak for 10 minutes, now mix well and add 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, 1½ cup milk powder, mix well & make it a dough, roll into oval shaped rolls or round shape ( as you prefer) & deep fry & add into warm chasni for 6-8 hours. 


Now make a slit & fresh malai, garnish with pistachio & silver vark.😁🤗
