Ingredients 

250 grams paneer

 1 onion, chopped

2 tomatoes, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

Salt to taste

Oil for cooking


Method:-
  • Cut the paneer into small cubes and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai or wok and add cumin seeds.
  • Once the cumin seeds start to splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
  • Add chopped bell peppers and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Add the paneer cubes and mix gently.
  • Cover the kadai and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
