Honey lemon pepper butterfly chicken legs reciepe |chicken recipe

 Honey lemon pepper butterfly chicken legs are delicious and flavoured dish that can be prepared easily at home.


Ingredients :-

- 6 chicken legs, butterflied, washed and pat dry

- Juice of 1/2 lemon

- 1 tsp sea salt

- 1 tsp garlic granules

- 1 tbps lemon pepper powder

- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 tbps baking powder

- 1 tbps mixed herbs

- 1 tbps olive oil


Glanze :-

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

- 1/4 cup honey

- 1 table spoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 tbps lemon pepper powder

- 1 tsp garlic granules

- 1 tsp chicken seasoning


Method :-

1. set the air fryer at 180° C for 25 mins

2. In a bowl add the chicken and all the seasoning listed together.

3. Place the butterflied chicken legs in air fryer tray 

4. Cook for 12 mins.

5. While the chicken is cooking make the glaze.

6. In a small bowl add all the ingredients for glaze and melt in microwave fro 30-40 secs or melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat for 5-6 mins or until it thicken and becomes glossy.

7. Separate the glaze into 2 bowl for avoid the using on raw and cooked chicken( use one for raw chicken and other for cooked chicken).

8. Brush the chicken with honey pepper lemon mixture, making sure to coat evenly, cook for the last 13 minutes turning half way glazing again.

9. Remove the chicken from air fryer and let rest for 5 min.

10. Garning the chicken with fresh parsley and glaze again with pre- made glaze.

11. Serve hot and enjoy it.🤤😁
